
This recipe is so easy to make that you'll be asked to make it every day
One bowl, a microwave, no candy thermometer; it's almost too good to be true!
Yet, these ultra-easy caramels are an absolute treat!
Take a few minutes to give it a try!
Ingredients
1/ 4 cup (56 g) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (112 g) white sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml) corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon (2 g) of salt
1/2 cup (125 ml) sweetened condensed milk
Optional toppings
Fleur de sel
Chocolate
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring every 90 seconds.
3. Pour into a small buttered dish and let cool completely.
4. Cut into small squares.

5. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate and/or sprinkle with fleur de sel.
