Have you eaten chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, and even cherry cheesecakes? Now you must try the lemon one! It’s DELICIOUS!

And the best part of it all? It’s no-bake! What more could you ask for?
INGREDIENTS
500 g (2 cups) of crushed Graham crackers, and a little more for garnish (or honey crackers, Bastogne, or other grainy biscuits)
125 g (1/2 cup) of butter
30 g (2 tbsp) of white sugar
225 g (1 pack) of Philadelphia cream cheese softened to room temperature
2 boxes of instant lemon pudding
750 ml (3 cups) of milk
1/2 tsp of lemon zest
1 container of thawed whipped cream
Lemon slices for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar and melt them in the microwave for 1 minute
In another bowl, add the crushed Graham crackers and add the melted butter and sugar mix, stir, then set aside
In another bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the 2 packets of instant lemon pudding, add the milk and lemon zest
In a 33x23 cm (13x9") baking dish, spread the cracker crumbs and press them down to make a hard crust
Add the pudding mixture
Then add the whipped cream
Sprinkle with the remaining cracker crumbs and decorate with lemon slices
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving
