Oatmeal-Banana Cookies with Only 3 Ingredients

Whether as breakfast or a snack, these cookies will support you healthily throughout the day.

A much healthier alternative than store-bought products!


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of rolled oats 

2 medium bananas

1/3 cup of chocolate chips (or raisins, dried cranberries, etc…)

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375° F (190 °C)

Line or grease the bottom of a baking sheet

In a bowl, mash the bananas well and add the oats until you get a thick cookie dough.

Add the chocolate and mix.

If desired, add vanilla or cinnamon.

Form balls of about 1 tablespoon (30 ml) with your hands and place them on the sheet, flattening them slightly to give them a cookie shape.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
