Ingredients
- 2 pounds of medium-lean ground pork
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cups of boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of browned flour
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, cloves, onions, cinnamon, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Form meatballs, then roll them in the flour.
- In a pan, melt the butter and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Add the boiling water, cover, and let simmer for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour with a little cold water.
- Pour into the pot.
- Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
