Our famous and delicious maple syrup, what would we do without it!
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins sliced
- 2 onions sliced
- 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of dry mustard
- ½ cup (120 ml) of olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of soy sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) of maple syrup
- 8 cloves of garlic minced
- Pepper

Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the onions.
- In a large bowl, coat the pork slices with soy sauce and mustard
- Add the pork to the onions and sear the meat on both sides.
- In the remaining soy sauce bowl, add all the ingredients, mix.
- Transfer the pork tenderloin slices and onions into a 9 x 13-inch oven-safe dish.
- Pour the maple syrup mixture over the chops.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
