Our famous and delicious maple syrup, what would we do without it!

 Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins sliced
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of dry mustard
  • ½ cup (120 ml) of olive oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) of soy sauce 
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of maple syrup
  • 8 cloves of garlic minced
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. In a skillet, cook the onions. 
  2. In a large bowl, coat the pork slices with soy sauce and mustard
  3. Add the pork to the onions and sear the meat on both sides. 
  4. In the remaining soy sauce bowl, add all the ingredients, mix.
  5. Transfer the pork tenderloin slices and onions into a 9 x 13-inch oven-safe dish.
  6. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the chops.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
