Prepare meatballs like a pro for your holiday meals with this very simple recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 g) of lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup (125 ml) of milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of grated parmesan
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of panko or breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of salt
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup (65 ml) of fresh basil, chopped


Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with hands.

Form into golf ball-sized meatballs.

Bake in the oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes.
