While we constantly strive to accompany our dishes with a portion of vegetables (and rightly so!), we sometimes lack ideas for seasoning them to give them a bit of flavor and convince the kids to finish their plate. It's true that cooked carrots and broccoli are a bit bland to eat!

That's why this Parmesan grilled cauliflower recipe is the ideal solution: it's so delicious that everyone will devour their vegetables in no time... and they might even ask for a second helping! In fact, it might even be worth considering doubling the quantities right away because these bites will disappear like hotcakes, guaranteed!

So without further ado, here is how to prepare this Parmesan grilled cauliflower recipe that will quickly become one of your favorites:

INGREDIENTS

7 cups of cauliflower cut into pieces

3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/3 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese

STEPS

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread aluminum foil on a large baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

2. Combine the cauliflower and olive oil in a large Ziploc bag. Seal and shake vigorously.

3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bag and mix until the cauliflower is coated with a layer of breadcrumbs. Press lightly so that the breadcrumbs stick to the cauliflower.

4. Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Stir the cauliflower then return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
