We have the recipe for the tastiest salmon! And you know what... it's ready to eat in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

For the sauce

  • 4 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped

For the salmon

  • 2 skinless salmon or trout fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Garnishes

  • Sesame seeds
  • Chives or shallots, finely chopped

Preparation

Place the salmon at room temperature about 20 minutes before cooking and dry the skin with a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together.

In a pan, heat the oil and cook the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Pour the sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Garnish the salmon with sesame seeds and chives when serving.
