
Crunchy potatoes, even better than fries! Heaven with 4 ingredients!
A very simple oven-baked wedge potato recipe. Very little preparation time and few ingredients needed! A most delicious final result
Ingredients
2 pounds of red potatoes, cut into wedges (you can use baby potatoes)
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray a little non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper
Sprinkle with the onion soup packet and fresh rosemary.
Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them halfway through
