Juicy, tender, and delicious, a quick way to cook our chops!
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-3 tablespoons of red chili paste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 to 5 pounds boneless pork chops
1/4 cup corn starch
Preparation
In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients except for the chops and corn starch. Mix.
Add pork chops and cook on low for 6 hours.
In a small bowl, combine equal amounts of corn starch and water.
Pour into the slow cooker and stir and stir.
Cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
