An eclair cake that is prepared in a flash!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 box (3.5 oz) of instant vanilla pudding
• 1 container (8 oz) of frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
• 3 cups of milk
• A pack of Graham crackers
• 1 jar (16 oz) of chocolate frosting (homemade or store-bought)

PREPARATION

• In a bowl, beat the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk.
• Place a single layer of Graham crackers at the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish.
• Spread half of the pudding mix evenly over the crackers.
• Cover with another layer of Graham crackers and the remaining pudding mix.
• Top with a final layer of Graham crackers.
• Spread the frosting over the entire surface.
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
