Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1 whole head of broccoli
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced
For the sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sriracha
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and Sriracha.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the sauce mixture and stir to combine well.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
