
A great idea for Christmas buffets!
Out of original ideas for your holiday menus? Here's a suggestion that's both easy to make and can also serve as appetizers or bites: mini meat pies!
Prepare them in a muffin tin and enjoy them with the accompaniments of your choice.
Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
2. Grease a muffin tin with a non-stick spray.
3. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, onion, salt, pepper, sage, breadcrumbs, and 1 tablespoon of eggs.
4. Mix well using hands to combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to fill the mini pies.

5. Roll out the dough and cut 12 4-inch circles with a cookie cutter and 12 2-inch circles.

6. Line the muffin tins with the larger circles and evenly distribute the meat inside them.
7. Close the pies with the 2-inch dough circles, pinching the edges to seal them.

8. Poke holes in the top of each pie with a fork and brush with the remaining eggs.

9. Bake in the oven until the pies are golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
10. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the tin. Serve hot.
