They are delicious and super easy to make. No weird ingredients, just simple things you already have at home! Ketchup, brown sugar, and chili sauce, you will love it!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives (plus more for serving)
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar



Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, panko, chives, Worcestershire, eggs, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. 


Form meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.


In the slow cooker, add the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.


Place the meatballs on top. 


Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours, until the meatballs are well cooked.

Garnish with chives and serve on toothpicks.
