Ingredients
For the crust:
3/4 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
For the filling
3 cups brown sugar
2 cups evaporated milk
4 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
For the crust:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, flour, and brown sugar.
Pour into a 9-inch ovenproof dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
For the filling:
Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
In a blender, add all the filling ingredients.
Spread evenly over the crust.
Bake for 10 minutes then lower the oven to 325 degrees F, continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
