INGREDIENTS :
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) honey
- ½ cup (125 ml) ketchup
- ½ cup (125 ml) soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon (3 ml) dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tablespoon (8 ml) toasted sesame seeds
PREPARATION :
- Place the thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker to cover the bottom. You can place more thighs or breasts.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley and mix well.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Close the slow cooker and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low heat, or 3 to 4 hours on high heat.
- Serve with the sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
