Prepare these coconut macaroons both deliciously sweet and savored with a touch of salt.
With aromas of chocolate and salted caramel, these coconut bites are so exquisite that everyone will want them.

Add the milk, butter, and caramels to a large pot and heat over medium.
Let melt while stirring often to avoid boiling the mixture.

Once the caramel has melted and the texture of the mixture is homogeneous, add the coconut in small amounts.
Mix until the coconut is well coated with caramel, then gradually add the rest of the coconut.

Scoop tablespoons of about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and place them on parchment paper.

Let cool completely on the parchment paper.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a bain-marie.
Dip the bottom of each macaroon in the chocolate, then place back on the parchment paper so the chocolate sets well.

Drizzle the top of the macaroons with additional chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.

Let the macaroons set completely, then serve.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
