- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, panko, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and egg.
- Roll 15 meatballs
- In a skillet, heat the oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cook the meatballs completely. Set aside on a plate.
- Add 4 tablespoons of butter and the flour to the skillet.
- Whisk until it turns brown.
- Incorporate the beef broth and cream, then the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
