The magic solution... dish soap and dryer sheets! That's all you need for clean oven racks.
You will need:
A few old towels
1/2 cup of dish soap
6 dryer sheets
Instructions:
Lay your old towels at the bottom of the bathtub to prevent damage.
Place the oven racks in the bathtub and add hot water to fully cover the racks.
Add the dish soap and dryer sheets.
Let sit overnight.
The next day, scrub your racks with the dryer sheets.
