Honey and maple pork tenderloin in the slow cooker
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin, 2 pounds
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme

Preparation
Season your pork tenderloin with salt and pepper
In a skillet, with hot oil, sear the pork on all sides.
Place the pork meat in a slow cooker.
In a bowl, add all the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over the pork tenderloin.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
