Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 pounds of chicken thighs
- salt
- 2 sprigs of rosemary (or dried rosemary)
- pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- In an oven-safe dish, place the chicken pieces skin side up, coat with the mustard and honey sauce. Place the rosemary sprigs between the pieces.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a cooking thermometer reads 175 degrees F.
- Remove from oven.
- Pepper and serve.
