
I have always had a weakness for healthy muffins made with Greek yogurt, especially WITHOUT SUGAR! Just like this one!
This banana and chocolate muffin is made without white sugar or brown sugar! The kind of recipe that wins us over pretty quickly!
Ingredients
● 4 ripe bananas
● 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
● 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
● 1 egg
● 1/3 cup canola oil
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1 1/2 cups flour
● 1/3 cup cocoa powder
● 1 teaspoon baking soda
● 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
● 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and butter a muffin pan.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Incorporate the chocolate chips.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
Stir in the mashed banana and add the flour mixture.
Divide into the prepared muffin pan.
Bake in the oven for 18 minutes.
