Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, except for the chicken, in a bowl.
- Remove half a cup of marinade.
- In a large Ziploc bag, place the chicken and pour the marinade.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and let marinate for 4 to 24 hours.
- When cooking the chicken, repeatedly baste the breasts with the reserved marinade.
