Here is a treat that can be easily made with a few ingredients and will let you enjoy the great taste of Reese’s and the crunchy texture of Rice Krispies.

And you too can indulge yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of corn syrup
  • 1 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 4 1/4 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 cups of Reese’s chocolates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Chop the chocolates into small pieces using a knife.

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the sugar and corn syrup, mixing well.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.

  1. Quickly add the salt and cereals and mix well. 
  2. Add the chocolate chips and stir again to coat well.

  1. Wait about 1 minute, then add the Reese’s chocolate pieces, quickly mixing the mixture and trying not to crush the Reese’s pieces.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture. Let cool before enjoying.
