A healthy and delicious meal!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds of fresh salmon
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon, skin side down, on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Brush with the garlic butter marinade and sprinkle the fresh parsley on top.
- Fold the edges of the foil to wrap and seal the salmon inside.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 13-14 minutes or until the salmon is still pink in the center.
- Unwrap the top and broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with parmesan.
