Today we are sharing a dessert recipe to die for. Besides being an easy recipe to make, it is also a dessert that is really too good. This delicious dessert perfectly combines chocolate, caramel and pecans which remind you of Turtles chocolates. 

These tartlets are beautifully presented and will make your guests' mouths water. We bet you won't have many tartlets left at the end of your meal. Even your guests who like dessert less will gladly be tempted by these delicious-looking tartlets.

How can you resist the combination of chocolate, caramel and pecans? It's impossible, just thinking about it makes your mouth water.  

This dessert is the perfect dessert to serve at your next brunch or at your next gathering. Both young and old will delight in this most enticing dessert. 

Ingredients
12 frozen tartlets
¼ cup toasted pecans
¼ cup thick caramel sauce 
Whipped cream

For the pudding
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
1½ tablespoon corn starch
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ cup chopped chocolate


Preparation
Bake the tartlets according to the directions on the package. Let cool to room temperature.
In a skillet, whisk the sugar, cocoa and corn starch, the egg and the milk.
Heat for about 6 minutes, until the texture resembles that of a pudding.
Incorporate the chocolate and heat until it is well melted and incorporated. 
Pass through a fine mesh sieve and collect in a clean bowl.
In each tartlet, place 1 teaspoon of pecans and 1 teaspoon of caramel.
Garnish with the chocolate pudding.
 Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
At serving time, add whipped cream, caramel sauce and a few pecans on top.
