Today we are sharing a dessert recipe that's to die for. Not only is it easy to make, but it's also an absolutely delicious dessert. This delightful dessert wonderfully combines chocolate, caramel, and pecans, reminiscent of Turtles chocolates. 

These tartlets are beautifully presented and will make your guests' mouths water. Chances are, you won't have many tartlets left at the end of your meal. Even your guests who aren't big dessert fans will be tempted by these delicious-looking tartlets.

How can one resist the combination of chocolate, caramel, and pecans? It's impossible; just thinking about it makes our mouths water.  

This dessert is the perfect treat to serve at your next brunch or reception. Both kids and adults will enjoy this incredibly tempting dessert. 

Ingredients
12 frozen tartlets
¼ cup toasted pecans
¼ cup thick caramel sauce 
Whipped cream

For the pudding
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder 
1½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ cup chopped chocolate


Preparation
Bake the tartlets according to the package instructions. Let cool to room temperature.
In a pan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch, egg, and milk.
Heat for about 6 minutes until the texture resembles that of a pudding.
Incorporate the chocolate and heat until it is melted and well blended. 
Strain through a fine mesh sieve and transfer to a clean bowl.
In each tartlet, place 1 teaspoon of pecans and 1 teaspoon of caramel.
Top with the chocolate pudding.
 Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
When serving, add whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a few pecans on top.
