This homemade Michigan is my favorite, and it's the sauce that earns it all its honors!

My boyfriend is obsessed with this sauce recipe, once a week... it's a must-have at home!

A little extra ground meat, this homemade Michigan will prevent waste and delight your taste buds!


Serving: 2

Ingredients

1/2 pound (250 gr) ground beef
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
3 or 4 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
Pinch of crushed chili pepper
2 to 3 tbsp packet hot chicken sauce (Style St-Hubert)
Salt and pepper
2 hot dog buns

Preparation


In a skillet, melt the butter and add  the onion,  cook for 2 minutes.

Add the ground beef, cook until the beef starts to brown.

Incorporate  the chili sauce, ketchup, crushed chili pepper, salt and pepper and sprinkle the dry hot chicken sauce. Mix and let thicken.

Place the mixture in the toasted hot dog buns. 

Serve with fries.
