An easy technique that allows you to cook chicken evenly and achieve that crispy side all around it. Moreover, I guarantee that cleaning is much simpler than with the rotisserie.

chicken seasoning

1 onion in quarters

1 lemon in quarters

fresh thyme

2-3 bay leaves

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f.

In a Bundt pan, place your onion quarters, lemon quarters, fresh thyme, and bay leaves.

With aluminum foil, cover the hole in the center of the pan.

Brush your chicken with olive oil and sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and seasoning.

Place your chicken upright in the pan.

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
