Ingredients
2 pounds of pork tenderloin
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of beef broth
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of pepper
Preparation
Every 2 inches, make an incision in your pork tenderloins.
Insert a slice of garlic into each slit.
Place the tenderloins in a slow cooker.
Add the dry onion soup mix, water, broth, red wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Remove the tenderloins from the slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Pour the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker into a cup.
Serve.
