Ingredients

For the cake:

• 10 ounces of fruit salad
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the sauce:

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup Carnation milk
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter an 8-inch square pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
3. Pour into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.

For the sauce

1. In a saucepan, boil the butter, Carnation milk, brown sugar, and coconut for 5 minutes.
2. Pour over the slightly cooled cake.
