Here it is! This easy exercise can be done at home and only takes 12 minutes of your time each day!
Sit on a mat by laying on the right side, leaning on your arm parallel to the body.
Place your hand on the left hip and lift your left leg as high as you can while contracting your abs and breathing deeply to properly oxygenate your muscles. Slowly let it down, keeping your right leg still.
Repeat this exercise for 6 minutes, then change sides to do the exercise with your right leg. [pub]
