It is finally summer time, but that also means hot days and thirsty kids! Instead of offering them sodas or other sugary drinks, try one of these four delicious refreshers recipe! They are filled with fruits and really yummy - make some extra for yourself to enjoy as well!
1. Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple (in small cubes)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup water
- Few ice cubes
2. Blueberry Lemon
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups blueberry
- 2 lemons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup water
- 1 ½ cups cold sparkling water
- Few ice cubes
3. Watermelon
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon (cut in small cubes)
- 1 cup coconut water(
- 1 lime lime juice
- Few ice cubes
4. Tropical
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango (in small cubes)
- ½ cup strawberry (sliced)
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 lime lime juice
- 1 ½ cups sparkling water
- Few ice cubes
The preparation is very easy for all the drink, simply put all the ingredients in the blender until smooth! Serve over ice and enjoy!
