This sauce is absolutely delicious, you'll want to cook it year after year!

Ingredients
14 tomatoes, peeled and mashed
1 big onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 tablespoon oregano soup
1/2 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon savory

Preparation
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and brown the onions and garlic.
Add the tomato purée and the other ingredients
Cook until mixture is reduced by half, stirring occasionally. Calculate a minimum of 2 hours.
Once the sauce is thickened, transfer the hot sauce to sterilized jars, clean the edges and seal.
A 25-minute process in a water bath.
