Luke from Dubuque, Iowa, is a 13-year-old boy like no other.
He wanted his own space, so he decided to build his own house!
Luke took a year to raise the $1,500 needed to build his house. He earned that money by mowing lawns and doing shopping for people.
For the construction, he chose recyclable materials. His parents helped him by providing help and materials.
His 89-square-foot house is 3 meters high and 1.6 meters wide. It also has electricity!
