Juicy, tender and delicious, a quick way to cook pork chops!
A few minutes of preparation, and presto, in the slow cooker! Come back later to enjoy perfectly savory pork chops. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 to 3 tablespoons red chili paste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 5 pounds of boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Preparation
- In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients except chops and cornstarch. Mix.
- Add pork chops and cook at low heat for 4 hours.
- In a small bowl with, combine cornstarch and water in equal amounts. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Continue cooking for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
