BBQ Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker

BBQ Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker

Juicy, tender and delicious, a quick way to cook pork chops!

A few minutes of preparation, and presto, in the slow cooker! Come back later to enjoy perfectly savory pork chops. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons red chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 5 pounds of boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Preparation

  1. In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients except chops and cornstarch. Mix.
  2. Add pork chops and cook at low heat for 4 hours.
  3. In a small bowl with, combine cornstarch and water in equal amounts. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture in the slow cooker and mix well.
  5. Continue cooking for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
