A marinade made of everything you love! Sesame oil, soy sauce, honey ... frankly it's a delight!
I would like to say that I made this discovery on the website of"Dans la cuisine de blanc manger",who had tasted these skewers at her neighbor Chef Donalda (she also has a super culinary blog), but the original recipe comes from ... Ricardo!
Well, we start cooking now!
For: 8 skewers of 5 cubes of meat
Ingredients
For the Japanese marinade:
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (60 g) peanut oil
3 tablespoons (30 g) sesame oil
3 tablespoons. (30 g) rice vinegar
3 tablespoons (30 g) soy sauce
3 tablespoons (40 g) honey
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
For skewers
1.5 Kg boneless chicken breasts 3 peppers (yellow, orange, red) 3 onions
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and add the chicken cubes. (You could also use a large ziploc bag) Marinate for 12 hours.
Prepare your vegetables; cut peppers and onions into large pieces.
In a saucepan of boiling water, add the onions.
Put the meat and vegetables on the skewers (if you use wooden skewers, you must soak them in water before!).
Begin cooking on aluminum foil by turning skewers a few times.
finishcooking directly on the BBQ rack.
