  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. Combine together all three ingredients until you form a dough. To help make the dough smoother, knead a few times.
  2. Roll the dough approximately 1/4 inch thick and cut out egg shapes and make a hole on the top so you can hang them later! Tip: using a straw really helps make the holes.
  3. Bake at 250F for 2 hours on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Once baked, let the eggs completely cool.
  5. Paint the eggs! You can use spray paint or acrylic paint. Use paint pens to create fun shapes and lines. You can also use a clear coat sealer at the very end to protect your precious craft!
  6. If you want to hand your creations, simply loop twine trough the holes and hang them in the house! They make pretty Easter decorations.
