Homemade chocolate pudding

You will love the smooth texture of this chocolate pudding recipe.

And this dessert has an amazing secret ingredient: the avocado!

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados
• 3/4 cup (190 ml) heavy cream
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted chocolate
• 1/4 cup (65 ml) honey
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
• 1/4 cup (65 ml) shaved chocolate, for topping

Preparation

Mix all ingredients -except shaved chocolate- in the food processor.

Pour into glasses and refrigerate between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Sprinkle shaved chocolate and serve.
