INGREDIENTS
• 5.3oz (150ml) Orange juice
• 2 Eggs
• 4 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Butter
• Salt
• 1.6 cups (240g) Cornstarch
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• Orange slices
• Water
PREPARATION
- Start by cutting the side of the milk or juice carton.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cake.
- Cover the bottom of the carton with parchment paper and grease with butter.
- Lay orange slices at the bottom and pour the cake mixture.
- Bake using the water bath technique for 25 minutes at 180 °C / 350F. Enjoy!
