Original and certainly unique; visit the inside of this eclectic tiny house!
Apartment Therapy

This little house does not seem real. Inspired by steam trains, trailers and vintage cars, Chloe Barcelou and Brandon Batchelder built this tiny house in two years and for only $20,000!

Even more incredible, this mini-house can expand!

If you like eclectic interiors and decors, you will certainly be in paradise, but if you don't like visual mess, you'll want to run!

Are you curious? Enjoy the visit!

Built in 2 years

It took Chloe and Brandon (the owners of this house who run the film, theater and photography set design company B&C Productions) two years to build this house. They did the work together!

The kitchen

The small kitchen is located at the back. All the cabinets were recycled and recovered, which cost them $28 in total, and all the cabinets were painted with an "old-fashioned" paint. The oven dates from the 50s.

Recycle materials!

The furniture above the sink was actually a side table. The cabinet on the stove is a shelf that they put upside down. The shelf cost $8 at a flea market. Shelves under cabinets are made of recycled materials.

The bathroom

Their small bathroom is right next to the kitchen. The couple uses a water heater (Marey), for showers.

Workspaces

It was important that the couple have separate workspaces. These are the spaces that expand when the house is parked.

A colorful living space

Our couple has found a lot of their decorating items in garage sales, in trash cans of shops, online or in stores!

Bedroom

The bedroom is in the small mezzanine. I am curious to know what you think of this eclectic tiny house!

Are you in love, or do you have a headache because of the different textures, colors and shapes? Is it too much?

Feel free to leave us your impressions of the visit! Would you be able to live and work in a place like this?
