The project that I share with you today, I chose it in particular, because I am often asked what to do with empty pill bottles. And the truth is, except to melt the plastic to make jewelry, or gets the bottles to store necklace beads, I have not seen a lot of DIY made with pill bottles so far!
Until I discovered Emily!
She picked up a whole bunch of pill bottles, big and small sizes to make the most kitch of the lampshade I've seen in my life! And I lived the late 80s with the fashion of brown and orange !!
But her lamp is BEAUTIFUL !!!
Watch her creation on video!
She has removed the fabric to keep only the metal structure!
That the top hoop of the lampshade
Then she took the time to sew each bottle with nylon thread, on the hoop
You see the little bottles in the biggest bottles?
See how her lamp is beautiful!
She uses a light bulb to prevent the plastic from heating up.
The view from above is remarkable!
