This is the kind of recipes that we love to have a weekday night after work! It only takes 20 minutes of cooking because the meat cooked in muffin tins.

You can even prepare the mixture the day before or in the morning, and you just have to put the pan in the oven. The time the vegetables cook, your meatloafs will be ready to eat!


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Tomato sauce
  • Basil

How to cook

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Grate a carrot and zucchini on a clean cloth and press firmly in order to get the juice out of the vegetables.

In a large bowl, put the ground beef, vegetables, egg, bread crumbs, grated cheese, mustard and tomato paste. Mix the ingredients with your hands.

Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or a cooking spray. Make the balls with the mixture and place them in the bakin pan by flattening them.

Garnish the meat with tomato sauce and basil, then bake for 20 minutes.
