Yes, you read that right! Windy Sukiyaki,  a Japanese restaurant in New York shared this incredible tip on their blog

 Here are all the steps.

1. First, eggs should be at room temperature.

2. In a large pot bring the water to a boil and get a push pin in the meantime.

3. Carefully make a hole in the base of the egg.

4. No need to worry, the egg will not break!

5. Windy Sukiyaki recommends putting a little salt in boiling water and immerse the eggs with holes.

6. Lower the heat to minimum and cook: 6 or 7 minutes for the soft-boiled eggs or 8 to 10 minutes to cook completely.

7. Once cooked, run under cold water to cool down.

8. Remove the shell, it will be super easy! Simply knock the egg on a hard surface or roll it softly.
