  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (Greek recommended) 
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup honey (Clever recommended) 
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets 
  • 4 cups chopped cauliflower florets 
  • 12 slices crumbled bacon 
  • 8 ounces small cubes Cheese (Colby or Monterey Jack)  
  • 1 chopped red onion 


  1. Start by making the dressing by whisking together all the dressing ingredients. Set aside in the fridge. 
  2. In an another large mixing bowl, add in the broccoli, cauliflower, half of the bacon, cheese, and diced onion.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss making sure to coat everything. You can now top the salad with the remaining bacon.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
