The damage of sugar and fat on your ceramic hob will be stopped thanks to this tip!

I like to have a ceramic hob because, but sometimes I find it complicated to keep them clean.

The damage of sugar, sauce and fat burning on the plate really come back often and every time I get into the idea of rubbing, rubbing, rubbing to realize that the hob is not even clean!

So I tried to find something to help me and I'll share it with you because I'm sure you do not like rubbing either!

Scratch. It is sometimes unavoidable to start by scratching food residues. To avoid scratching the glass, use a real scraper that will only serve for for this purpose. To help you take off the food, add some dishwashing liquid before scraping.

Towel. Sprinkle baking soda on hob and spray vinegar over it.

Then, rinse a bath towel with very hot water and place it on hob. Leave the towel in place for 30 minutes before removing it. Now rub with a sponge, most residue and stains should be gone.

Ammonia. For really dirty hobs, this mixture is even more effective: mix ½ cup of water, 1 tablespoon of ammonia and ¼ cup of rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Spray the hobs, wait for 15 minutes before wiping it with a sponge. [pub]

Hydrogen peroxide. Another variant with baking soda, but this time with hydrogen peroxide. Sprinkle baking soda on the hob, spray the peroxide on the baking soda and rub with a sponge. You could also use the hot towel as above and wait 15 minutes before rubbing.

With either of these tricks, you'll get the same results: a deeply clean ceramic hob.
