If you think you have seen it all when it comes to caravans and RVs, you are wrong. What we are about to show you in this article is the coolest caravan ever, realized by Eduard Bohtlingk way back in 1985!
This realization was completed in 1985 by the Dutch designer Eduard Bohtlingk; it is not simple caravan but would be more of a "mobile home". Equipped with two walls which open in accordion in order to maximize the living space, in the style of a small apartment. On the other hand, when closed, it has the dimensions of an ordinary caravan.
If you love the camping life, this caravan is your dream come true!
As you can see, the walls are completely mobile! They can open and fold up, in order to take full advantage of the space.
The openable walls house a living room and a sleeping area.
In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, because of the removable divider and the opaque fabric, everyone enjoys their privacy.
Everything inside has been designed to maximize functionality and minimize clutter. It looks really good, too!
The name of the mobile home is 'De Markies', and in 1996 it won the prestigious Rotterdam Design Prize, which annually celebrates the best construction of contemporary design.
The problem for all campers is the need for space, but this caravan really offers enough!
What do you think of the interior?
