So here is how to prepare this delicious dessert :

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER LAYER :

- 1 cup of melted butter

- 1 pound powdered sugar

- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs (about 1 packet)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER :

- 1 pack of 12 ounces of milk chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients of the peanut butter layer together. Use a fork to mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. In a second bowl, pour the ingredients of the chocolate layer, the milk chocolate chips and the creamy peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for about 1 minute. Mix until you get a smooth texture and a homogeneous mixture. Pour on the cooled peanut butter layer. Put it back to the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the fudge has completely hardened.

3. Cut the fudge into 36 equal squares and serve. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer. You will just have to let them at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
