This delicious maple soufflé are made only with eggs and maple syrup. A very easy dessert, when some friends visit yourself unexpectedly.
1/3 cup maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and place 4 ramekins on a baking sheet.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, then in a small bowl, whisk both egg yolks and maple syrup.
In a stainless steel bowl, whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold the maple syrup mixture into the egg whites and pour into the ramekins
Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F and bake for 10 minutes.
