Who doesn't like to take advantage of the beautiful natural light coming from the windows? The only downside is the lack of privacy! But if you dealt with frosted window films before, you probably know that they are such a pain! And they don't even look that good!
Instead, Annabel Vita propose to make your own beautiful lace window treatment! It might sound complicated, but it is in fact very simple and simply beautiful.
- Cold water
- Boiling Water
To create the sticky "jelly" mix two tablespoons of cornstarch with an equal amount of cold water. Then, add a cup and a half of boiling water.
- First, apply a a thick layer of the mixture onto the window.
- Cut out a rectangle piece of lace, making sure there were no creases.
- Apply another thick layer of jelly on top of the lace. Make sure to cover all the corners. For a more beautiful effect, you can use random patterns of brush strokes.
- If you see a gap, simply cut a small strip of lace and glue it on top. There should be no air pockets!
The result is absolutely beautiful!

Do you agree? Will you try it in your home?
