For all sorts of reasons, we all have the bloated belly, the pants tighter and we feel discomfort in our body.

What to do to find a flat stomach? Eat this salad at lunch!

There are 2 reasons why you sometimes have a swollen belly: water retention and toxin buildup. So, by consuming foods that are detoxifying and depurative, we eliminate what a swollen belly.

Onion. The onion is diuretic and purifying, it boosts the elimination and water retention and optimizes the functioning of the liver and the vesicle. In addition, the sulfur contained in it gives has antibiotic properties.

Cucumber. Cucumber is the best ingredient of all purifying and slimming diets, because it hydrates and satisfies.

Watermelon. Watermelon is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B, potassium and lycopene. It helps to purify the body and reduce water retention.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 small dice of feta
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • Black pepper

How to cook

Wash and peel the vegetables, dice them and put them in a large bowl.

Then pour the oil and vinegar, mix gently.

Add cheese and avocado. .

It is recommended to eat this salad at breakfast or lunch, but not at dinner, especially because of the onion that takes time to be digested.
